All payments made through Bookatable.mu are processed by a third-party payment service provider, Peach Payments, using secure, encrypted transmission protocols and industry-standard security measures. Bookatable.mu does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details.

By making a payment through the Services, you agree that:

Payments are handled directly by Peach Payments in accordance with their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Bookatable.mu acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the payment processing itself.

Any issues relating to payment authorization, processing errors, chargebacks, or declined transactions are governed by the policies of Peach Payments and the issuing financial institution.

All prices, deposits, cancellation fees, or no-show charges are determined by the restaurant and clearly communicated at the time of booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookatable.mu shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from payment processing failures, delays, security breaches at the payment provider level, or unauthorized use of payment methods, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. User Content

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content (“User Content”) through the Services. By submitting User Content, you grant Bookatable.mu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and video) are owned by Bookatable.mu, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookatable.mu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookatable.mu, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Termination

Bookatable.mu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
