Browse restaurants on the Bookatable app or website, select your preferred restaurant, choose your date, time, and party size, and confirm your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation.

Yes. Where available, you can pre-order from a restaurant's menu, place takeaway orders, or book and pay a deposit for special events — all through Bookatable at the time of reservation.

Please arrive on time for your reservation. You agree to abide by the restaurant's own policies and guidelines once on the premises.

Each restaurant sets its own cancellation policy. You may be subject to a charge for no-shows or late cancellations, depending on the restaurant's terms. We recommend cancelling as early as possible if your plans change.

All prices, deposits, cancellation fees, and no-show charges are determined entirely by the restaurant — not by Bookatable. These are clearly communicated to you at the time of booking before you confirm.

Payments are required for certain bookings — such as prepaid menus, event deposits, or other paid dining experiences offered by partner restaurants. Standard table reservations are typically free to make.

No. Bookatable does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. All card information is handled directly and securely by Peach Payments.

Payment issues — including declined transactions, processing errors, or chargebacks — are governed by the policies of your issuing bank. Bookatable acts as a facilitator only and is not responsible for payment processing outcomes. Please contact your bank directly for these issues.

Yes. Payments are handled by Peach Payments using encrypted, industry-standard security protocols. Bookatable does not have access to your card details at any point in the process.
